A/AS GCE/VCE Results - Hadfield Site Thursday August 18 th 10:00 a.m. -11:00 a.m.

GCSE/GNVQ Results -Hadfield Site Thursday August 25 th 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.

You should make every effort to collect your own results or get someone else to do it for you. If someone else collects your results you must give them written authority. If you want your results posting to you, you must provide the exams office with a stamped and self-addressed envelope before the end of term. If it is to be posted to a holiday address, remember to use that address on the envelope. All stamped results envelopes will be posted after the issue times at the end of the day.

Results will not be given out over the telephone. Main offices on both sites may be closed for the rest of the holidays so results not collected may have to wait until the College re-opens in September.

Re-sits

If you wish to re-sit an English and/or Mathematics examination in November then you must arrange to collect an entry form from the exams office as soon as the College opens in September. Complete the form then hand in the form and money at the exams office by the date specified. No entry will be made without the correct fee being paid on time.

Examination Certificates

Students will be invited to a ‘ Reunion and Presentation of Certificates’ event near Christmas and also a time early in December when they can collect coursework from college. Adult students can collect their certificates any time after the end of November from the Hadfield Site exams office.

Change of address

If at any time from now up to the presentation of certificates you change your address and/or telephone number please let the exams office know in writing.
