and i just wanted to know what a few things did on my car
1.. Idle Air Control Valve
2.. Throttle Position Sensor
3.Air Charge Sensor

also would any of that make a car use alot of fuel?

Idle air control valve regulates the idle speed by adjusting the amount of air going in the intake during idle.
Throttle position sensor tells the computer how far down you're pressing on the gas pedal.
Air charge sensor tells the computer what temperature the air going into the engine is.
