How do I check an (iac) idle air control valve on a 93 Ford Bronco? it has a fuel injected 5.0 motor, it dies when put in reverse and where is it located?
Answer:
it is most likely just dirty, it is located on the top of the intake manifold, it should be held on with two bolts, once its off the part exposed to the manifold has two ports that will be visible, give them a good cleaning with carb cleaner, if this fixes the problem then you most likely need a new one, cleaning it is just a band-aid
