YOUR TUTOR

 

Your support, your wise and experienced friend, your guide.

• Your tutor is the person you turn to first for help, advice and information.

• Your tutor will be there for you for two years and in that time wants to get to know you and help you achieve the best you

can.

• Your tutor will help you gain an overview of your progress, help you set targets and guide you on to the next step of your

life and career.

• You will have regular and frequent opportunities to speak with your tutor individually about your work and how you are

getting on in college.

Use the Student Agenda in your planner to structure your tutorials and write down when your appointments are. It is very important that you keep these.

If your tutor is not available there are staff with an overall responsibility for Post 16 students who will try to help you.
