Graphics 

This course is aimed at those students who would like to further their studies at ‘A’ or ‘AS’ Level and who have a genuine interest in designing and making. It is a logical continuation from the GCSE course in Graphic Products and offers excellent progression in this field.

This course is designed to be either a complimentary subject to Mathematics, Physics, Art and Design or a contrasting subject with English, History, Geography and Modern Languages at either ‘A’ or ‘AS’ Level.

Students should have a strong interest in designing, modelling, making and evaluating products or systems and an interest in the processes and products of design and technological activity.

There are visits during the course in Year 12 to several universities to view Graduate design work, which we hope will help to provide stimulus for final project work at A2 level.
